Sabiamos que podia ser melhor, então o grupo testou outros tipos mas não funcionou outro melhor até o dia da fase final, então foi usado o mesmo &lt;strong&gt;Telefone de Latinha&lt;/strong&gt;.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt; &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;A maior dificuldade era escutar o integrante que falava. Na fase de frases teve-se dificuldade em nomes e termos extrangeiros; pontuação e até mesmo juntava-se palavra distintas em uma; o fio ideal foi complicado de se encontrar. Dr. José Silvério Edmundo Germano (ITA), que falou sobre &lt;b&gt;Como o computador pode nos ajudar na aprendisagem&lt;/b&gt;. Ele nos mostrou como o computador pode facilitar na aprendizagem para todas a faixas etária, dando exemplos de uso de programas como &lt;b&gt;Adobe Flash&lt;/b&gt;, &lt;b&gt;Java&lt;/b&gt;, entre outros. Ele cita alguns projetos que ele desenvolveu no &lt;b&gt;ITA&lt;/b&gt; (Instituro Tecnológico Aeronáutico) com seus alunos e professores da rede publica de São José dos Campos.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;p style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt; line-height: normal;" class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;span style="'font-family:"&gt;&lt;font face="arial"&gt;Já no dia 15 de outrubro apalestra teve a presensa do profº. Dr. Laurentino Corrêa Vasconcellos (CTA - ITA), que falou sobre o tema &lt;b&gt;Novas Tecnologia&lt;/b&gt;. Ele "mecheu" com a imaginação da platéia, que era formada por alunos dos 3º. e dos 2º. anos, quando mostrou e citou sobre o está sendo desenvolvido e o que pensam em desenvolver, em coisas nós pensavamos que era impossivel até então e se via apenas em filmes de ficção. Ele observou que os elétrons eram literalmentes tirados da placa de metal. Esse fenomeno foi observado antes por &lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;Heinrich Hertz&lt;/span&gt; em 1887.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: center;"&gt;&lt;a href="http://pt.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ficheiro:Photoelectric_effect.png" class="image"&gt;&lt;img alt="" src="http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/thumb/7/77/Photoelectric_effect.png/222px-Photoelectric_effect.png" class="thumbimage" height="157" width="222" /&gt;&lt;/a&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:85%;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;A grande dúvida &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:85%;"&gt;que se tinha era, que quando se aumentava a intensidade da luz, ao contrário do esperado, a luz não arrancava os elétrons do metal com maior energia cinética. O que acontecia era que uma maior quantidade de elétrons era ejetado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:85%;"&gt;Por exemplo, a luz vermelha de baixa frequência estimula os elétrons para fora de uma peça de metal. Na visão clássica, a luz é uma onda contínua cuja energia está espalhada sobre a onda. Todavia, quando a luz fica mais intensa, mais elétrons são ejetados, contradizendo, assim a visão da física clássica que sugere que os mesmos deveriam se mover mais rápido (energia cinética) do que as ondas.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:85%;"&gt;Quando a luz incidente é de cor azul, essa mudança resulta em elétrons muito mais rápidos. A razão é que a luz pode se comportar não apenas como ondas contínuas, mas também como feixes discretos de energia chamados de fótons. Um fóton azul, por exemplo, contém mais energia do que um fóton vermelho. Assim, o fóton azul age essencialmente como uma "bola de bilhar" com mais energia, desta forma transmitindo maior movimento a um elétron. Ele era o pai da acustica moderna. Ele estudou a natureza das vibracões que os tons musicais, a vibracao das cordas e os componentes de som e propagacão do som em solidos e gasosos. Ele inventou e escreveu o tratado clavicilindro Acústica (1809).
